Return and Refund Policy

We understand that not every purchase works out.  We'd like to make it right! Please keep in mind that all items are hand crafted, as such, will have unique characteristics.  All "seconds" items are sold as-is and are not eligible for a refund or return.  All custom creations are nonrefundable, but may be replaced if they do not meet the expectations of the buyer.  Please review the terms below for requesting a refund or return.  All requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like an item to be replaced, you may request a replacement item within 30 days of purchase via email.  Alongside your request for replacement, please document the reason for your dissatisfaction and include photos of the problem.  If you're able to describe how I can better meet your expectations, I would be happy to create a new item for you. Please keep in mind this make take up to 6 weeks to fulfill.  You may be asked to send the item back.
